What is your favorite condiment? And what can I eat, as a condiment, to make it more healthy?

My fav: Siracha!

Simple to make but I love making my own dressing. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice, a little olive oil (or flax seed oil) and salt n pepper. Simply mix together and pour over steamed veggies or drizzle on a salad. Thow in your favourite fresh or dried herbs for extra flavour.

Bolthouse salad dressings - specifically the ranch. I use it for veggie dip all the time, and it's the only "diet" ranch I can stand.

    Spicy mustard

If I have to use mayo, I use the mayo w/ olive oil since it's about half the calories and tastes the same.

Sriracha is good for adding some kick

Mustard. Any kind but yellow (I just don't like the flavor of yellow).

Raspberry balsamic vinegar and bourbon balsamic vinegar. No need for oil with either of these for a great quick salad topper.

Sriracha, pepper sauce, brown mustards (any mustards, I love trying new ones), vinegar.

Hate ketchup, and rarely like mayo although there are a few uses it's good for, one of which is as part of an aioli.
