Will I gain weight if I binge eat for 2 days? Any advice or knowlege would be great

    From your other topic, you are unsure as to whether you are too skinny, so the question is, would gaining weight bother you ? And unless you binged on upwards of 5k calories on each of those days, you are unlikely to gain any 'real' weight... just temporary water.

    Approximately 4000 calories per day

    Maybe some weight but mostly water... But then what? If you reduce your cals again then it will even out and you will likely lose it. This is a poor method of sustainable weight gain if that is what your goal is.. Slow and steady
