Gradually dialling back diet?

Options
Hi guys,

My diet is coming to an end in four weeks time. I've been on a high caloric deficit (losing 2 pounds a week) and I intend to do a slow lean bulk afterwards with a small caloric surplus (gaining .5 pounds a week). How should I go about making the transition? I was thinking add 250 calories each week, or should I add 500 every 2 weeks or what is the recommended way of doing this? What thing I'm afraid of is if my metabolism has adapted to the steep caloric deficit, will I continue to lose weight each week or will even the small caloric increase each week actually add weight? I still want to lose approx. 4 more pounds. Thanks.

Reverse diet estimate is to add back 100 cals every two weeks. But see how your body responds. If you are still losing then make it 200 every two weeks.
