The Diamond Partner Challenge - August

The last time I was successful at losing weight, I created this challenge! It totally helped and was a lot of fun. I'm now down about 12 pounds and ready for the extra kick in the pants to keep going. Join me!

THIS IS A ONE MONTH COMMITMENT!

Here's How it Works:
1. To join, provide (1) Name (or nickname) (2) End of month weight loss goal (3) Height (4) Something interesting about yourself.
2. On 8/7 you will be matched with both a partner AND a one of two teams. If you miss the 8/7 cut off, feel free to join the next round.
3. You are responsible for touching base with your partner EVERY DAY.
4. Each week for three weeks there are two sets of winners. The partner winners of the week and the team winners of the week. These will be announced on Monday mornings. Please decide which of the partners will be responsible for sending me the team loss.
5. At the end of the month the overall winners get kudos and bragging rights.
