Hi! I am trying to get motivated to get my health back on track and hoping to find a support system to help me achieve this goal. I am 39 and have struggled with my weight for my whole life. I am back up to my highest weight (190 at 5'2) and feeling physically (and mentally) horrible. I have PCOS as well as depression/anxiety issues that tend to lead to a lot of emotional eating. I have tried the low carb/whole food/Paleo type plans for the PCOS and I have found some success with them for a while however I have had a hard time sticking with it long term for several reasons. I would like to try a more balanced/ in moderation style of eating but worry about triggering evening food binges. I would appreciate any help I can get! Thank you!

My advice to you is to just log everything as accurately and honestly as possible. That's how I started. I found myself making better dietary choices just because I had learned how bad some things were for me through tracking. You've got this. :flowerforyou:
