Multivitamin, vit D, fish oil, whey protein as needed (usually daily).1

Pre-Cre and Whey Vanilla Protein (plan on getting amino acid post workout drinks)0

All I take right now is a multi-vitamin and Vitamin D.
I have been thinking about adding a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement, but wondered if anyone has found any value in taking that.0 -

Id look at examine.com before you drop a ton of cash of supplements. There are other priorities. And most supplements arent worth much.1
