All I take right now is a multi-vitamin and Vitamin D.

I have been thinking about adding a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement, but wondered if anyone has found any value in taking that.

    Whey isolate and a multi-vit.

Have tried pre-workout a few times, it makes me feel sick so I stick to strong coffee.

Id look at examine.com before you drop a ton of cash of supplements. There are other priorities. And most supplements arent worth much.
