Hey! I'm a nurse that works 12 hour shifts! Would love to find other nurses who are on the same journey and know the struggles of eating well and working out during long work days!!!

    I work in healthcare, 12-18hr shifts. Sometimes nights, sometimes days. My challenge is sleeping enough...

    10s & 12s here, rotating shifts also. Trying to find a sustainable method to eating, sleeping, and working out with the crazy schedule! I started out with 60 lbs to lose and am -7, at least moving in the right direction finally.
