    Great start on round two. Now I see what happens when I upped my workout !

    8/7 167.8. Not great ...
    Normally I would not be happy with this little loss but I pulled out my back last Monday. I attempted to work Tuesday and Wednesday with little luck and have spent last Thursday threw yesterday in bed !! Still hurting but able to get to work today. I will not be doing any excercise this week either. I am hopeful to start swimming next week.. Yikes never knew how painful and out of commission a pulled muscle could cause .

    Not a good weigh-in this morning. I have had a medical issue that has prevented me from working out all week. Hopefully by the end of this next week I can workout. It really helps me feel better and more motivated when I can work out. But, I am still in control of my calories so I really need to watch those and do better.

    Since stopping breastfeeding I havent lost any weight (give or take 1 or 2 lbs) which is infuriating since I have been under my calorie target everyday.

    I just hope it doesn't last this whole 6 weeks!
