Because it's a user inputted entry, and that user has specified 26g of sugar when creating the entry.

" Fresh Brewed - Coffee (Black), 60 oz " The 60 oz is my pot of coffee this morning. It's black, and the database has it at 0 carbs. Use that one instead.

Because it's a sugar loving user that uploaded that. Next time you're at the grocery store, scan in regular coffee. It'll be just the coffee. That way you can save it for your diary.

Beware, the barcode linked entries are user generated as well. If you scan a new item that isn't in the database, it prompts you to create an entry for it. They are less likely to be screwed up since the user literally has the label right in front of them, but I've seen typos and numbers entered into the wrong field before. Also, they aren't updated if the formula changes and the nutritional values are affected.
