First I went down two notches on my belt and then I could put my hand in between the belt and my work pants and now I can get into the one size smaller work pants that I bought 6 months ago cuz I knew they would fit if I could just loose a few lbs and now they fit and guess what? the belt just hangs there. Guess I have to go buy a new belt for work lol. I am happy. It came just in time cuz I was feeling so discouraged.
