Hi I've got a Fitbit which records steps and adds this in MFP. However I've just been on a 30 minute walk today so do I add the walk to MFP or will that be double counting?
Hope this makes sense and any help would be much appreciated!! X

Let the Fitbit count all step-based activity. However, if you do log it in MFP, make sure the start time is correct and the Fitbit will account for the Calories during that time period properly and not double count them. You can log non-step based activities such as horseback riding and cycling in MFP with the correct start time.
I would recommend reading through the first three posts in this thread on the MFP Fitbit Users group...
