Getting back on track!

Between grad school and making a career change, my health unfortunately hasn't been a high priority of mine (it's been roughly a year).

Today that changes!

My goals are to feel comfortable in my clothes (again), to be active everyday, and to choose quality over quantity when selecting food.

Let me know if you'd like to keep each other on track! I live in Wisconsin.
