In a year I have not lost the weight I wanted to but gained another 10. I'm committed to losing the weight now.

    Hi there. I had lost 25 pounds but also have put most of it back on. Seems logging in the food diary helps a lot. Also, not eating out! Just got back from vacation and am feeling motivated. Also going to start using Fitbit to log my steps. Good Luck to both of us! mmj26
