Hi folks, a little update, I assume that's what folks are going to do, I started on Saturday 15 July 2017. I am using scales at my work, as I work away from home it might be 2 weeks in between postings. Somethings better than nothing though.

I'm 10 pounds in with a total goal of 60 pounds so this sounds like a good fit. Anybody who wants buddies for accountability and encouragement, and who is not a serial friend collector who doesn't actually engage is very welcome to add me.2
