I am Cheryl. Been on again/off again with MFP for quite some time now. Still working on the same 50 pounds. I have figured out that I need to work out myown diet and it must be for keeps. No quitting when my goal is hit. So far-water 8-8oz glasses a day keep the bored ,snackies away. Even bought a nice water bottle to measure amounts with. While I do well on low carb,I plan to use lots of vegies,beans,etc.Cut back on breads&pastas and dump sugar. Exersize?Walking.Lots of walking and housework. Got to make changes into habits.Oh and I'm 58 so it should be interesting. Gained weight as a first time middle age mom(42-c-section)andIquit smoking. Want to come along for the fun? Lets lose together-motivate each other

    I just sent you a friend request, and wish you determination. It should work the way you have it planned. It's the way I do it, at least.
