3 day workout

I'm looking to see everyone's opinion on doing a 3 day full body workout. I want to keep it simple and easy to follow when I'm at the gym and I've read a little about doing a repetitive workout three days a week. Is his effective and useful? Does anyone have any good ones to share?

Also, does everything stretch BEFORE or AFTER their workout? Which is best?

    i have done a 3 day workout mon, wed, fri, tues and thurs rest or i like to do cardio on tues thus, then if you want you could cyle again it would be sat, sun, off mon, tues off, wed, thurs off, and so on, or you could just take sat sun off, and then mon, wed fri and so on its all up to you what works for you good luck
