Sweets: get stuff you can portion. Example if you like m&ms buy a bunch of smaller tupperware or plastic bags and divvy them up.
Quick breakfast: Get a quesadilla maker and a microwave bacon cooker. Cook the bacon in the microwave throw a tortilla in the quesadilla maker with a scrambled (uncooked) egg, some cheese and bacon bits and BAM instant breakfast + snacks. If your concerned about eating it all in one sitting then put 2 tortillas down and fold them over and leave one cooked half quesadilla at home.0 -
Welcome and good luck on your journey. My wife has the same problem so she has started making fruit smoothies. She take fresh fruit from the garden and freezes it. Then she gets sugar free yogurt and blends it with the frozen fruit. Makes a healthy breakfast quick, tasty and sweet. Try strawberries, banana, and yogurt. Shake will have less than 300 calories and is all good food. You can add some oatmeal as a filler to make it sit longer in your stomach as well.0

Sweets: I buy individually wrapped chocolates from the dollar store. I have them after meals. About 50 calories each.
Breakfast: I have a protein bar or a protein drink.0
