Ok so I've been only exercising at home or just walking/running at the park occasionally. But it's kinda getting boring and I'm not seeing much of progress what exercise do you recommend to do at home? Ideas please!

I love jumping (because I'm an adult lol) so I bought one of those mini trampolines from Dick's and I think they have them at Sears too. I jump for 20-30 minutes and it is a great workout! I am pretty sweaty and tired at the end so sometimes I have to pump myself up to make it the full 20 minutes lol but I usually try and do it while watching TV so time passes quicker. Feel free to add me!1

Check out Youtube. That is where I get all my workouts other than the treadmill. Jessica Smith, Pahla Bowers, Jen Ford, HasFit, Millionaire Hoy, Shelly Dose, Tracy Reinfeld are just a few I subscribe too. There are many more on there also. You definitely won't get bored having so many workouts to choose from. These range from Strength training, Kettlebell, Step, Cardio, HIIT, Tabata, Yoga, whatever you are after. You just have to search and try them out. They all usually have modified versions of every exercise. Best of luck and hope you find something.1

I love rebounding (Jumpsport for me). There are YouTube videos to give you some ideas.

OP - look at YouTube workouts, test drive some things that are new to you. Figure out what kinds of things you like to do. @alexshir is right, there is so much out there you won't be bored.

Pushups, Pull ups, dips, body squats, bear crawl, planks, Russian twists, sit up, leg lifts, flutter kicks, burpees, jumping jacks, jump rope, tire slams, tire flips. Get creative the world is your gym and your body is more than enough resistance.1
