I have over 100lbs to lose, I have lost 14lbs so far. Looking for friends with similar goals so we can support each other I already have some great friends on here but more would be great feel free to add me

Keep up the good work. Take it one day at a time, and after a year or so you'll hit that 100 pound goal. I lost 103 lbs after one year of counting with no extra exercise. my SO also lost 65 LBS in that same year. There are ups and downs day to day and week to week, but consistency works.7

Feel free to add me! I started 5wks ago at 262 and I've lost 21lbs so far. Still have about 111lbs to go. I've been using the Keto method which, now that I'm used to it, I really enjoy because it is simple for me. I still count calories, but I stick to proteins and veggies. You'll get there, I know you can! Wishing you all the best in your journey!5

I am literally just starting out and I am currently 331lbs (I know holy cow!) after having kids and becoming a stay at home mom I just packed it all on I have currently lost 4 lbs and I am aiming to lose 131lb more! It is gonna be tough but all I drink now is water now soft drinks and I have started jogging and exercising8

Hello! I have 130lbs to lose. From my highest weight I have already lost 28lbs and kept it off for 2 years, but recently I have suspected that my knees are pre-osteoarthritic (if not already) and I have blood sugar swings akin to pre-diabetes. Before, my reasons to lose were purely vanity. Now, I am realising that my body is damaged and whilst I can't reverse it, I can make it more manageable and prevent it worsening. So that's why I'm here for the 50th and final time. Will totally add you if that's cool!0

I have 125 lbs. to lose. I just started with TOPS and lost 4.8 lbs. on my first weigh-in. Tuesdays are my meeting days. I also do aquafit with the ladies from my meetings...they are where I found out about TOPS. They are very supportive, but you can't get too much support! I also have a little dog I try to walk every day, but at 255 lbs on a 5' frame, walking is painful on my feet and lower back. It will get easier as the weight comes off, I'm sure so I will just do what I can for now. Good luck to you, feel free to add me.0

I've got about 88 pounds to lose. I'm currently 232 (down from 249 in January) and I've hit quite a plateau. I can't do anything high impact due to planters faccitis and Achilles tendonitis in both of my feet but I started "running" again on the elliptical which has become my new form of measurement. Still disappointing though.
I'd love to get and give encouragment. I think any loss is something to be proud of, and to just keep pushing.0 -

Great job! I just started back on my healthy lifestyle/weight loss journey. My fitness pal has always been a great tool for me. I haven't been on the scale for about a week, but I know I'm at my all-time highest weight. I have about 120 lbs. I'd like to lose, but mostly I want to be healthier.
