Hello!
I'm sophmore and college and have decided it's time to lose this weight!
I didn't gain much weight my freshman year (I floated between 165-175 the entire time.
As of now I'm around 166 (will be weighed by my doctor on the 11th)

Anyway, I was wondering if there were any other college students looking to lose weight also?
Or if not college students...just younger adults? (I'm 20years old)

Of course, any support is nice but it would be great if I could find someone I could relate to a little more! haha!

The bigger colleges all offer healthier options daily. Choose things like the grilled fish or chicken over the fried. Skip the deep fried french fries, and have the veggies. Take an apple with you (in your bag) so you can eat as a snack later.
If your lunchroom does not offer this, ask about other lunchrooms on campus. Often athletes have certain diets, and you could perhaps use their lunchroom.

Hi there! I just graduated in May, but I lost 40 pounds during my last semester. You can do it! I would highly recommend pre-logging your food for the day, or even the week, so that it's all taken care of and not another thing to worry about during classes. Feel free to add me if you'd like! I still have another 10 or 15 to go so I'm still very active on here.
