How do you stay under Carbs? I have to 120 or less ----

    Meat on your plate (has 0 carbs ) , and veggies as sidedish. Most vegetables have low carbs, depends on the vegetable though. You'll find some good ones easily by googling for example "low carb vegetables ". Something like lettuce would have extremely low carbs so you can do salads easily. 120g of carbs per day is not too difficult I assure you :) I'm sure you'll be able to fit in some bread too

    120 is a lot of carbs, just stay away from the calorie dense stuff like pasta and bread. I aim for less than 30 a day, and my shake is 11.
