New to site, KC metro area

Hello to all. I am trying to figure this whole site out. Man it has a lot of stuff! Anyone from KC or around the metro? I am ready to tackle this ongoing problem. I always made a joke that I was always fat, but it's the truth. I was big growing up and never had the chance or know what it feels like to be thin and healthy. I am a new mom and a (seemingly forever) college student. I hope to gain new perspectives and gain some life long buddies on here. May the force be with you!
