Drove right by every fast food chain readily available!

So, I've been at this for about 2 and a half months, and I have BARELY eaten fast food. I had a kind of cheat dinner by eating some hamburger helper that my boyfriend made. Normally, I would be still hungry after only a cup and a half of it. I wasn't.

As I was driving home, I found myself thinking "hey, I kinda want a taco!". But then I listened to my tummy, and knew I WAS NOT HUNGRY. So I passed Taco Bell. Then KFC. Then Burger King. Then Dunkin Donuts. Every time I passed, I wanted something, but I resisted.

It seems like every once in a while when I do eat a rather "not healthy" meal, I want more! For some reason, this time, I resisted. Habitually. I wasn't hungry, so I wasn't going to eat. I have never listened to my hunger before.

It feels awesome! Just had to share and care :)

    Girl, I used to live on fast food! I ate fast foos at least 4 days a week and sometimes more than once a day. I craved it!! I still do sometimes! I know I will have it sometimes but only like one a month or so. I think it is addicting!!!!!! Any way I have to drive past 2 Mc Donald's, a Poppies, and my FAVE; Jack in the box. It used to be so hard not to stop. Now I hardly think about it! Proud of you!!!!
