Well, it completely depends on size. How many grams? 100g of the edible portion of mango is 60 calories. Weigh your mango.

Depends how big the mango is and how much flesh you eat. Weigh it.

What kind of mango? The green/red ones, yellow ones?
Mangos have about 100 calories per cup of flesh.

Then you're not going to get an accurate count, sorry. Do you not have a food scale where you are right now, or not at all? If not at all, you may want to get one. It is the number 1 thing you can do for accuracy and therefore for results.

I eat mangos frequently and I have a food scale. I have yet to find a 100 calorie mango...unless you're talking about the small, yellow ones. Typically I see 150 - 175 in a regular size mango.

Mmm, mangoes! I get the red mangoes from Mexico, they usually come out to about 200 calories.

Post a pic of your delicious mango. Some have more/less water and fiber content than others.

One cup of mango chunks is around 100 cals though for reference.

I usually only eat the smaller Ataulfo (champagne) mangoes. I peel off the skin, cut the edible fruit part away from the seed and then weigh those contents in a bowl. Mangoes are pretty calorically dense for a fruit so I'm almost always shocked at what they come in at. I feel like mine are always in the 200 calorie range.

Then buy one. Sooner or later guessing won't work and weightloss will stop and when you ask why this will be the reply you'll get.

    This.
If you are trying to lose weight using a food scale is much more accurate than guessing
