Feel free to add, I've been trying to lose but am now focusing on recomp/gaining strength so I'm posting in all the forums lol; my main endgoal is overall fitness. Avid runner who lifts: I've been making gains especially in upper body.0

Any of those? Definitely into healthy eating, I prefer to keep meat low, but also try to keep bloating low and protein high, so I have had more meat recently than I am used to. Supposedly bulking a (very) little now, to see if that goes better than trying to recomp on maintenance calories.2

Never eaten fish/fowl/mammals but cant keep protein high (150gm plus) without egg whites and some whey. How do you ppl get your protein fix?1

I'm vegan and I'm 48 days into using the app and trying to train, cut, build muscles etc. My goal is to be at the stage to possibly do a bikini fitness model Comp in about a year! Eeek0
