Thanks everyone for your great suggestions! I do not eat red meat but do eat chicken and fish. I need to return to having eggs and low fat cheese. I do love beans and tofu. I also eat spinach, kale,
and other veggies. I have to stop eating Lean Cuisine, though and do more clean eating. Thanks again!!

    Hi. I am a vegetarian.
I make s delicious red lentils and vegetable soup and Vegetable curry with kidney beans and chick peas.
Seafood and fish is high in protein or you could try a fruit smoothie with almond milk.
And as you say eggs are so rich in iron and protein. I make a yummy spinach and sweet potato frittata.

    Hope this helps lovely

You can buy unflavored protein powder and cook it with the food. That way you keep your calories lower

    Hey @Littleshrink4
There is also hemp seeds that offer about 10-12grams of protein per serving. And Chia seeds that offer about 5-7grams per serv. There are also other great things about them such as omega 3, etc. And Explore Asain Authentic Cuisine gluten free Organic Black Bean Pasta(ingredients: black beans and water)25 grams of protein per serving and only 17 grams of carbs.
