going to Gourmet Burger Kitchen tomorrow night and i know there's no nutritional information about and the stuff on MFP database doesn't seem that detailed/accurate....any ideas what i could get/ideas of calories or fat? preferably no salads as can't go to GBK and not have a burger! ;p vegetarian and "create your own" options welcome :)

    Choose one without cheese or mayo
    The only way to get the calories low on stuff like that where you don't know what goes into it is to get the simplest thing possible, and for the add-ons, choose thinks like mustard (spicy if you want), salsa, veggies, etc.

    To estimate the calories, ask how many ozs of beef they use and what percent fat it is. Then you'll just have to guess the amount of oil/fat source they used in cooking it depending on how greasy it looks.

    Look on their website, or ask them for a sheet on the nutritional value when you get there. Most places do this. Then just put TONS of veges on it, few sauces or cheeses, and you should be good to go!
