100 Day Alcohol Free Challenge

Alcohol and weight lose just isn't working for me. I have the breaking strain of soggy biscuit/cookie when I'm drinking wine. So after a failed attempt at one month sober I'm going for this 100 day challenge and hope to lose 30lb in the process. Feel free to join in.

Good luck ready4262, Coming to the end of day two and feeling really positive. Trying to stick under my calorie goal is actually more difficult.1

Into day 4 and lost 4lb already, I've noticed focus and energy levels increasing, all good so far :-)0
