Is there an iPhone app for the C25K? I have a heard time keeping track of the times to walk and jog and also listen to my music and keep track of my dog. If I'm constantly fiddling with a timer, me or my dog is gonna get run over!

    I have the Get Running c25k app. It works great, let's you play your music and lowers it when the coach tells you something. It tells you when to run or walk, but also when to prepare yourself to start or stop running, and when you're halfway through so you can turn and head back home. You can start anywhere through the app too.
    The only thing I don't like is the design. The main page has this cartoon that annoys me as it looks like it's for children.
