Hi all, ive been on a health kick for the last few months but properly on it for the last month or so.

Exercise wise im trying to copy what i was doing a few years ago when i had quite a lot of success but i dont have as much spare time as i did then.

Typical work out:

20 min hill walk on treadmill ...6-7km per hour, mostly at a 10 or 15 incline.
10 min step up machine
10 min cross train

30 - 60 mins walking to work etc (at least)

Floor 3 reps of 3 x 10:
Squats (sometimes)
Medicine ball x 2
Side dips (with weight)
30 second plank
Jumps on to a box

What i am basically wondering is if there are any apps that will set you out a work out plan to keep it fun and varied (but also relevant)

Anyone know of any that are any good? :)

BodySpace. They have a bunch or premade workout plans for every level AND you can even make your own. They even let you track all your workouts so that you can see your progress, there's also a weekly emailed report card to let you know what areas you worked well and what you missed.
