My Fitness Pal Sync issues with Fitbit

For the last 2 weeks I've been having issues with the syncing between my Fitbit and My Fitness Pal.. it happened again today ( fixed it on Thursday for about the 5th time). I have disconnected and reconnected about 7 times tonight and can't get it to work. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas of how to really fix it? Is it Fitbit or My Fitness Pal that has the issue?????

I love using the My Fitness Pal app and it has been very helpful with my weight loss program. I just want the two apps to work together as they should. I feel that can play a huge part when I get to the point that I want to maintain my weight.

    Have you got any other apps linked to MFP? Because they might be overriding fitbits app. This was my problem a few weeks ago. I disconnected another step app from MFP settings and just put Fitbit on.
