Non-weight loss progress-

What's the acronym when you make progress but not necessarily weight loss? Anyhoo- last night I was getting hand me downs for my tween daughters from a friend who has daughters a year older and I tried on a jacket and it fit me perfectly (I'm only 5'3") I'm pretty stoked even though I'm 30% on my way to my goal weight these little celebrations on the way really help!

Just curious - what are your celebrations on this journey??

    I got to take a walk with my sweet hubby yesterday. Before I knew it, We went 2.5 miles.
    No pain. No shortness of breath. Just a quiet walk with the one I love. Bliss!
