This is definitely not my first time on fitness pal but I am hoping this time I can stick with it! I am trying to lose weight for my wedding next year and went to try on dresses yesterday. I had fun but realized that I have been saying "My diet starts Monday" for almost a year and haven't lost any weight. Now I have approximately 3 months to find a dress and I'm worried I won't be down to the size I want to be by the wedding
and I want to love myself on that day so any support would be awesome!!

at least 6~10kg can be lose in 3 months.Be determine & push yourself to do it. Diet & correct foods intake is the keys.YOU CAN DO IT.1
