Greetings to everybody!

This summer is so stressful for me. So I ate unhealthy and a lot and gained a lot. I decide to stop and change it!

Starting from 13.08,Sunday, we don't eat any sugar, any packed unhealty product, and fried snacks! And we will walk 1 hour everyday!

I believe that, we can motivate and help each other.
I am pretty sure we will see good results at the end!
