Chicken and vegetable soup. Per serving, 4oz skinless chicken breast. 1/2 cup cabbage, 2 carrots, onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt & pepper. Total is about 200 calories. Add 1/2 cup barley (cooked volume). And it's really close to 300 calories per serving.0

*Overnight oats, lots of ideas online
* Easy chicken skillet- spray a skillet, put in some raw chicken, sliced onion, chopped garlic, baby carrots, can add potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Make as much as you want. Easy and tasty plus can feed a family or make a small portion. Simple
*stir fry. I really like to use cabbage, onion, broccoli, carrots.. use chicken, steak or pork or keep veggie only. Season with some salt. Can use some soy sauce or stir fry sauce of you want
* smoothies but be sure you use almond milk or something low calorie and sugar to keep it healthy.
