Question about eating Salmon daily.

Due to me not having time to cook for the rest of the year (School and Work).
I will have to make do with ready to meals.
My question is if it's safe for me to eat Chicken of the sea Wild caught Salmon 5 times a week? I would be eating two packages/ 5 oz. Of Salmon paired with rice for lunch.
The only thing worrying me is the mercury that might be in the Salmon.

Apparently wild caught salmon ranks "very low" on the mercury concern scale:

You can easily substitute your salmon a 2-3 days a week.
- Lentils = Good source of lean protein (9grams per 100g of lentils)
- Turkey breast 26grams of protein per 3oz of turkey
- A nice salad with lots of veggies with nuts
- Eggs (easy to cook, fast, good protein source)
- Beans medley (black beans, chick peas, red kidney beans) , just watch the quantity, its easy to go over on carbs with those.
