Gain muscle, loose belly fat

Options
I am kinda new to this forum , but looks like community here on this forum is awesome. Little about myself, 5'11'' 172 lbs. I have gained good amount of belly fat, waist measure's 39 center of navel. I really want to loose belly fat, be fit overall and may be gain some muscle. I have few questions:

i) I have always struggled with good warm up exercise, i always feel like my muscles are not fully stretched or opened. Any recommendation for this?

ii) My first goal is really to loose belly fat. I am completely lost here, not sure should i do weight lifting or something else.

iii) I have bad sinus problem, i think i am probably not breathing properly. Any tips to make this better?

iv) How many calories should i eat?

I am also researching on this forum , in case someone is wondering why am i posting this question :).

Thanks
