I've not used the blog on here at all really. If anyone wants to follow my other blog I would appreciate it. Comments are greatly welcome too. Perhaps this endeavor will help encourage others who are in the same condition I am. I have been on countless diets including phynfen and straight out phenteramene (however it's spelled). I honestly believe this site and encouragement from others is the key to success.
