So I downloaded this app to help me keep track of my eating habits! I'm trying to consume more calorie intake so that I can gain some weight. I'm pretty slim and my ideal goal would be to put on some muscle weight! I'd love to chat with people who are on the same goal as me! Or I'd love to hear about any of your guys routines, recipes, workouts, etc. I'm just trying to pick myself up and be on a better healthy life style! Feel free to add me and message me!

To gain muscle you need a progressive lifting routine. This can take a while depending on your diet (recomp vs bulking). Find a plan that works for you (bodybuilding.com has some decent routines).1
