Hi
My name is Sandy and I'm 77years young. I'm wondering if there are any other seniors who are also working on weight loss and fitness. Are you being successful? I would love to communicate with you. I could use some inspiration.

    Hi Sandy, my name is Betty but I usually go by beej or bj. I am 66, have type 2 diabetes and am working to keep things under control. I live in New Hampshire - where are you? It would be nice to have a motivated person to keep in touch with.
