30 lbs in 5 months

I'm 180 lbs. Goal is to hit 150 lbs by January. 1200 calorie diet (mostly protein), 5 mile run @ 5 days/week is what I'm shooting for. Suggestions welcome.

I was 196 and just lost 30 lbs in 4 months, eating around 1500-1600 calories and only walking as exercise.
Do you already run that much? Your level of exercise on that low calorie level would have me falling off the wagon in about 3.5 days.4 -
I think you're being ambitious but unrealistic. Take it slow.4

30 lbs in five months is 1.5 lbs a week. That's hardly unrealistic. I lost 30 in exactly 5 months, and 80% of it was probably in the first 3.
