    Hi everyone!!!! Sorry I have not been in the "community" for a bit since I last posted. I am glad to see some of you have had VSG. What has your experiences been like with WLS and MFP.

    I had VSG surgery on 10/3/2016 (a little over 10 months out now) -- prior to that, I had lost about 130 pounds on my own. I've been using MFP for several years now, but haven't been active on the discussion boards. People are welcome to add me as a friend if they want.
