    It is scary how most of the those meals exceed any reasonable calorie total for an entire day. No wonder Americans are so fat. I hate it when restaurants make menu items which people would think are low cal and load hem with fat. I really think there should be a law where every restaurant should have nutritional information on what on their menu.
