Low calorie vegan (at least vegetarian) EASY meals

I need some suggestions for low calorie (preferably around 300 calories less doesn't hurt either ) dishes for my lunchtime, I'm not the best cook so I've been recycling dishes for lunch and dinner so much I need new ideas! Even just sides or if you have some great way of cooking some vegetable, all helps I think. Thanks

Edit: I can follow cooking instructions I'm not completely hopeless, but I don't wanna put like too much time and effort on it

    These are some of my favorite quick and low calorie meals
    A salad with onion, red peppers and tomato with sweet onion dressing
    An apple cut up with pb2 powder and crunchy oats ontop
    Almond "yogurt" with blueberries and raspberries
    Spaghetti squash with pepper and salt
    A sweet potato with green onion, black beans and tomato
    A protein up carb down tortilla with a banana and pb2
    Amy's soups are really good, low low calories and all u have to do is heat them up
    I love a veggie tray with hummus
    Fresh spring rolls, with a peanut sauce
    Greens with balsamic

    I just found Healthy Noodle. It's only 50 calories and I prep it into spaghetti and veggies.d6616suppang.jpg
    It usually makes for 3 servings with that one bag!
