My husband has been trying to get me to give insanity a try. It looks really hard and I'm way out of shape. I tried the fit test and made it through for the most part. I'm not sure if I could do it though. Is it better to try an easier program or should I just try my best with insanity?

Insanity is tough. They do have modifiers, but if you are new may want to consider Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

You can modify the moves, take breaks, turn it off halfway through. Any movement is better than none, and I find that I improve pretty quickly when I try new things. The body is good at adapting. :)

Do things that you love, you're more likely to stick to them.

Im doing Insanity Max:30 now. :) I completed the original Insanity a few years back. Its a tough workout, but if you stay dedicated to it, You will impress yourself with your abilities. I loved it. After you get past the initial dread of the workout, you start to look forward to it. :)
