got the app years ago! i love it when im using it!!! but heart broken everytime we meet again. I lost 20+ pounds last year in 6months and gained the exact amount back in 6months too! Lol. so here i am hoping to have a bigger and better change for these next 6months!! any pointers? i just want to lose the fat and get the fatt butt. its every girls dream right?

    The trick to not coming back is to not leave in the first place, at least not at first. Once you've reached your goal, maintenance is where the hard work really starts. Thinking you've "finished" the job is where problems can start as old habits reappear and you end up back where you started!

    Hi Lexie, u got to eat yr way through life!

    U have to embrace the fact that if u want that beach body then u got to work for it and the first step to is to look at what u r eating, how much yr eating and then exercise.
    It really can b a minefield of confusion and traps put there, but it can b alot of fun eating the right foods coupled with the right advice as u watch that fat melt away!
