    Welcome to MFP! Have met some really wonderful people here ! I keep thinking I am through (55) and then the hot flashes start again- ugh! Got about 70 to lose and I am starting over again, but much more confident then I have been in a long time. Please feel free to add me!

    Sorry ladies but this is one club I was in no hurry to join but here I am with full on menopause, 15 lb weight gain thus far and a metabolism that mimics the speed of a slug. Let's help each other get through this and lose some weight while doing it.
