I have at least 30lbs to lose. Started on "Sugar Smart Diet" 5 weeks ago and have gotten off all sugar and junk food. Trust me this was my way of life. Doing great, but need more friends. Not a fanatic, just trying to eat healthy. I will be your cheerleader as we give each other support in our journey to better health.0

I've used this app unevenly in the past, but this is my first time dedicatedly logging everything and focusing on weight lifting in a slow but steady way. Four months in and feeling great, but those last 12lbs will be hardest to lose and then comes the challenge of maintenance. I post a lot about food and exercise. I'd love more friends on my feed.0
