Half Way Into Insanity Max 30

I just started Week 5 and it's all new workouts this week. So far, I really like this program. I feel stronger. My legs are looking strong and I find myself staring at them in pictures
I'm incorporating calorie counting now so I am hoping to see a real change in the scale and mirror by the time I'm done.

I love Insanity Max 30, I completed 2 rounds back to back. Now I'm doing hybrid of t25 and insanity max 30. I've got some nice shoulder and leg definition.1 -
